So How Much Are Property Management Fees in Glasgow?

Our fees are transparent and simple. Full management fees are 10%+VAT of rent achieved (subject to a minimum of £75+VAT).

The only additional fee you will be subject to is a £400+VAT Letting and Marketing fee, which includes all activities associated with setting up your property and moving your tenants in: Inventory, advertising, compliance instruction, property preparation, tenant referencing and virtual tours.  There are no other fees for anything.
